Our graduate programs deliver a world-class education to professionals who have jobs, students who might need financial help, and people who live far away or have unusual schedules. You can pursue any of our graduate engineering degrees, including a PhD, on a part-time or full-time basis. Whatever your path, we will help you succeed every step of the way.
Full Time
The College of Engineering’s full-time program offers the fastest track for a graduate degree and the greatest opportunity for financial assistance. As a full-time student, you will perform cutting-edge research in world-class labs with expert faculty. You also will be eligible for teaching and research assistantships. Graduate assistants are paid a $14K stipend plus tuition.
Part Time
If your schedule is too busy for you to attend classes full time, you can still earn many of our graduate degrees without having to put your life on hold. Our flexible part-time program is identical to our full-time program in terms of courses, caliber, and faculty. In as little as one night per week, or in some cases, on weekends only, you can earn your graduate degree and create challenging opportunities for yourself.
